ONLINE TUTORING (via Google Meet) is fully available for those who prefer the flexibility of virtual learning. Please ensure that you have a quiet study area, a working device, camera, and stable internet connection for the best online tutoring experience.


IN PERSON TUTORING is only available on Saturdays and Sundays at the following Toronto Public Library locations:

S. Walter Stewart Branch (Coxwell and Cosburn) 170 Memorial Park Ave, East York, ON

Toronto Reference Library (Yonge and Bloor W) 789 Yonge St, Toronto, ON

Princing:

ONLINE TUTORING rate: $70.00 for a 50 minute session

IN PERSON TUTORING rate: $100.00 for a 50 minute session

Payment Methods:

I can accept cash payment, e-transfer, or PayPal.
Full payment is due at the end of each session.
You will receive an emailed receipt for each tutoring session payment.

A 50% deposit is required when booking your first session. The remaining 50% is owed at the end of the session. You will receive an emailed receipt for your booking deposit and for all tutoring session payments. For returning clients, the 50% deposit won’t be required after the first session.

Cancellation Policy:

24-Hour Cancellation Notice Policy

  • The client must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. If the cancellation is made within 24-hour from the appointment start time, there is no charge for the missed session.

  • If the cancellation is done with 24 hours’ notice, I will offer a make-up session within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., within the same week, if possible).

Late Cancellation Fee (Less Than 24 Hours)

  • If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client will be charged 50% of the session fee.

No-Show/Lateness

  • If a client does not show up for a session (without providing any notice), the full session fee is charged.

  • If a client arrives late to an online or in-person session, the client will be charged the full session fee and will not receive a reimbursement for the time lost.

Tutor-Initiated Cancellations

  • In the rare event that I (the tutor) need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer a make-up session at a convenient time for the student.
